When I first started training with Sarah I was overweight and had a low self-esteem, but with Sarah’s motivation and determination I managed to loose 5 kilos and reduce my waist by 2.5 inches in just 10 weeks! I have been training with Sarah for nearly six weeks having started from doing no exercise whatsoever for many years. I am significantly overweight and Sarah is doing a great job in both training and motivating me to keep going. However the results are pretty motivating – 3 inches off my stomach and 6.5 inches in total all over and I have lost a stone in weight. I can touch my toes – have not done that for years, some of my clothes now do up and I look forward to discovering more of my wardrobe. I can also work in my garden, including digging, without getting puffed and I can crouch down and get up again without a problem and the cross trainer is no longer an item of torture !!. These things may sound small to some people (probably not those of us on the larger side) but to me they are really improving my quality of life and my well being. If you want a really individual approach, good equipment/atmosphere and a friendly non judgmental person who is really motivational to help you with your goals – Sarah Evans is the person to call – I cannot recommend her enough.
