Based in Maldon, Essex Personal Trainer Sarah Evans provides personal training to clients throughout Essex covering Chelmsford, Maldon, Ingatestone, Braintree, Danbury, Kelvedon, Burnham, Billericay, Tiptree & Hatfield Peverel. Formed in 2011 the personnel at Essex Personal Trainer has 19 years of experience in the fitness sector. The purpose built studio offers a variety of fitness equipment and instruction which it is designed to reduce body fat and or improve fitness for all ages. Using modern methods and with capable staff enabling clients to reach their goals.

Cardio & Resistance

Resistance Training is the best way to increase the metabolism. Cardiovascular training (cv) helps to develop a stronger heart, lungs and circulation as well as burning up calories. Each programme will include some cv as it is the heart, lungs and circulation that provide the working muscles with oxygen. If trained regularly there is a much lower risk of heart attack or stroke.
