Sarah at Personal Trainer Essex will help you set up a programme that meets your tailor-made goals and teach you the best way to exercise. Finding and choosing a Personal trainer can be a little daunting. It’s not easy asking for help, but going in with more knowledge about how we approach personal training can make it much easier.
To start with, we at Personal trainer Essex will assess your fitness level and discuss and set your goals and once you are happy with it, set up a programme and keep you motivated. The key word is motivation! One of the key aspects of our vision and indeed a key role of a good personal trainer is to, from time to time; push you past your comfort level. This is almost impossible to do on your own throughout your workout. We will also provide continuous guidance on reaching your goals by educating the clients on resistance training, core strength training, muscle toning, posture correction, cardio and the right nutrition for your programme.
Each session usually lasts about an hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. You will be stepping on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you’ll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility or other activities depending on what your goals are. Sarah at Personal Trainer Essex will show you how to do the exercises, guide you on how much weight to use and give you pointers for getting the most out of each exercise.
If you have a specific issue, injury or a medical condition, we at Personal trainer Essex will make sure a targeted programme is formulated in these areas, in conjunction and with the approval of your doctor.
One of the main reasons of success is the fact that we at Personal Trainer Essex listen closely to what you say and make sure everything you do is in line with our mutual understand of your goals. Our trainer will be focused only on you during your sessions and will regularly assess your progress and change things as necessary. We believe that a personal trainer should watch you, correct your alignment, posture, and explain the correct technique of each movement of what you’re doing and why. We will make sure you get the best out of the time and hard work you put in.
Lastly, personality of your personal trainer is important since you’ll be working very closely with this person.
