From my state-of-the-art studio, I can provide a friendly and motivational environment that caters for all needs and is designed for all fitness levels. Newly built, the studio offers cardiovascular and strength training with its varied equipment. The studio is the ideal environment for a one-on-one, pairs or group sessions and is a great place to put in the work which will, no doubt, produce the results and put you on track to achieving your goals.

BUDDY FITNESS
Working out with a partner or friend is a great way to get into the fitness regime and stay motivated, especially for people who are trying to make regular exercise a habit. The thought of having a partner to workout with who will go through the same initial hardship as well as feelings of accomplishment with you makes exercising something to look forward to.

GROUP TRAINING
This is the most fun and economical way to start your program. Exercising side by side with others can bring out the best in all of us. Group sessions are great for motivation for pushing personal boundaries and achieving goals by learning about proper technique in a group environment.

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
No fitness plan is complete without proper nutrition; they go hand in hand. If you are following a program with me, it is important to get the right fuel in your body for optimal performance and results. All session include a comprehensive assessment of your nutritional needs and a plan formulated.
